The Classics Library

The Classics Library is a hub for classics teachers and academics across the UK. It hosts thousands of freely shared resources, promotes events, and provides a supportive community where teachers can ask for advice and share ideas. BBC Bitesize offers free resources on the Romans at KS3 level, covering the Roman Empire and its legacy. Includes video clips, activities, and reading materials, making it a useful accessible starting point for pupils new to the classical world.

Peter Wright, Anna McOmish, and Alastair Thorley have created a suite of free downloadable resources on topics from the ancient world, suitable for enrichment sessions, home-schooling, or improving general background knowledge.
