The Classics Library is a hub for classics teachers and academics across the UK. It hosts thousands of freely shared resources, promotes events, and provides a supportive community where teachers can ask for advice and share ideas. Their news page is a useful place to find out about new resources and opportunities for KS3 and beyond.

Historian and former teacher, Eugenia Russell, created this an Ancient History Hub and Knowledge base. You can find teaching resources, and explore a catalogue of images, texts and archaeological finds for teaching Ancient History.

BBC Bitesize offers free resources on the Romans at KS3 level, covering the Roman Empire and its legacy. Includes video clips, activities, and reading materials, making it a useful accessible starting point for pupils new to the classical world.

Peter Wright, Anna McOmish, and Alastair Thorley have created a suite of free downloadable resources on topics from the ancient world, suitable for enrichment sessions, home-schooling, or improving general background knowledge. Resources can be used as standalone courses or to supplement knowledge at GCSE and beyond.

The Historical Association has produced a series of podcasts and accompanying scheme of work providing an introduction to key rituals of Ancient Greek religion. The podcasts are narrated by Simon Brown and written by leading academics from universities including Oxford, Bristol, and King's College London.

The British Museum's dedicated KS3 programme covers ancient Rome and ancient Greece for ages 11–14. Free downloadable resources, presentations, and workshops are available, exploring topics including Roman city life, ancient Greek society and culture, and the evidence objects provide about the ancient world.
